How can I get text to flow from one page to the next? |

At the time of writing (ver 4.6.xx) it is not possible to simply paste all your text in one go. We are working on this for a coming version, this is quite complex and will be in a future version of the author.
To make things slightly easier, try this...
1. Switch to MS Word and copy a large block of text, e.g. a chapter or a few
paragraphs.
2. Switch to your book author and press the the text button to add some
text. Paste the text into it the text box then close it.
3. Now in the editor, resize the text box using the corner handles(some text will not be visible of course).
4. Double click on the text box to open the text editor again. You will see that the text not visible in the text box has already been automatically highlighted for you. You can use the top
menu, EDIT > CUT to cut this text out.
5. Now Create a new text box and paste this cut text into it.
6. Repeat this process till you have no text left. Using this method you can
simulate things like column text on a page. |
