Currency
All prices are shown in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Your credit card will be debited when you confirm your order upon checking out from the confirmation screen. Your credit card provider may use their own exchange rates and may apply a rate at a different time from the time of your purchase. Some credit card providers may effect conversion to US Dollars via an intermediate currency and may charge a fee for this.

This web site uses DNLDRM secure payment gateway. The Customer deals directly with DNLDRM secure payment gateway to make the credit card payment. Sessions are secured using industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Customer's credit card and personal details are encrypted when transmitted over the Internet from our servers. No credit card numbers are kept on the servers or in any local databases.

Delivery
This product is delivered via a web download. Additional information about download, registration and installation will be emailed to you once secure payment is complete.
In a normal situtations, two emails will be sent to your registered email address, the first email which contains the download and registration information and a second one is a tax invoice receipt.

Purchases
Please note that all purchases of the software are NOT REFUNDABLE. Please ensure that you raise any concerns prior to purchase and that you take the opportunity to review our free evaluation version and/or samples in order to assess the suitability of the software to your requirements. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, or make a wrong decision.

Licence
Please note that each licence or registration key is for installation on ONE machine only in accordance with our Licence Agreement.
